WHAT IS GRAPHIC DESIGN - PART 1 study task 2

DIFFERENT SCALES

1. WOODEN BOX

2. LARGE POSTER

30" x 44"

Promotional material created for a hypothetical film festival. The box is intended to be a 'presentation box' that contains everything included in the project. This is a really interesting way of displaying the finalised product. Cornell created so many different parts to this project, including a website, iphone covers, tickets, a schedule book, envelopes, business cards, posters, all at different scales.

3. SMALL CONTACT SIZED CARDS

Alex Ostrowski's idea to spread a little happiness in a neat and compact size. Not just used for self-promotion, this size of graphics is an interesting way of spreading a message or idea around.

4. BILLBOARD

Adidas goes green! Billboards are of an extremely large scale so are therefore an effective way of getting a message across to a wide ranging audience, most commonly found by roads or on the side of streets.
